42 OUTFITS THAT PROVE CHARLOTTE RUSSE ISN'T JUST FOR TEENAGERS.

Hi guys! So it is 1:30 am and I just finished this post - it literally took me all day, but of course I loved doing it! Styling is my favorite thing ever. Okay, so about this post - A lot of times I follow bloggers and like their stuff, click on a link to buy what they are wearing, only to see that it's like $500. If i'm being honest here, I live at home with my parents, and am about to be a full time student again. If I had an extra $500 to spend, it definitely wouldn't be spent on one dress haha. It would be going towards my savings so I could buy a house. I'm a rational thinker / shopper.  I like to save my money and put it more towards traveling. But that doesn't mean I don't shop, I just know that I am limited to cheaper stores, like Forever 21 and Charlotte Russe. They are probably the only two stores I personally shop at if I am not doing a brand collaboration. I know a lot of people are thrown off by them, 1. because they don't always fit the best and 2. they are always filled with teenagers and known for younger more trendy styles. (by the way, this post has no association with any store, I just had a lot of people asking me how I find outfits at these stores so I just decided to put together a post!)

Want to know my secret to finding the good stuff? I look online first, so that way I have an idea of what I am looking for and won't get overwhelmed. I try to never buy tight fitting items, because that is when they start to fit weird on me personally....too many curves haha. I always look for length - and how wide their side seams are. (If you are online shopping, just remember - If it is wide on the model and you are bigger then them, I can almost guarantee it will fit weird) I went through their ENTIRE website and put together 42 complete outfits from Charlotte Russe. I've been shopping there since I was a little tween, and lately they have really been stepping up their styles. Less trendy and more classy. And what I mean by less trendy is that there is still plenty of trendy stuff haha, just not as much as before. I already went through and looked at the different fits, and what would be flattering and unflattering on majority of body types. I did include accessories from Stella & Dot because well duh I sell it haha, and honestly if you are going cheap on the clothing, mix it up and go a little fancy (affordable fancy) with the jewelry. To me the jewelry is what makes your outfit look more "expensive".

I hope you enjoy and are able to find some outfits you would like - think of it as a free little styling service for affordable outfits! Each article of clothing is linked below - but just remember, Charlotte Russe is ALWAYS having a sale, so the price is most likely cheaper than what is listed. I know right now they are having 20% off your entire purchase with the code : 20RCT-Z5H-LQL-XL5-KL9

I should have definitely grown up in the seventies - I am obsessed with anything bohemian. Mustard colored heels, and some fun tassels in one outfit? Yes, please!
P.S. the necklace and earrings are from the new Stella collection!

I know it's super trendy, but I don't care! Wrap tops are a BIG yes for me. And how cute is that clutch!?

Clutch: Taj Clutch
Necklace: DelMar Pave Lariat

Another 70's look......You can say it's kinda my thing. I need to figure out how to make my own wrap tops, because I would have one in every color and pattern haha.

Necklace: Triangle Lariat Necklace

I used to never wear pink, but it has really started to grow on me, especially a fun little top like this! And I know they are pretty unique, but if you follow my blog I have stated multiple times how much I love the color gold (I even added some gold touches to my blog!), so these shoes definitely caught my eye right away!

Earrings: Simple Knot Collar
Necklace: Simple Knot Hoops

Okay, now this would be a new look for me to branch out and try - mainly because of the hat! I have seen Bella Hadid rocking one and she looks amazing, but i don't know how it would look on a NON super model. haha. But if I could  pull it off in the 90's maybe I can now!

This one is my favorite outfit out of all 42 I put together! First of all.....those shoes! I'm obsessed with neon colors, and between the shoes and bag, this has the perfect blend! And second, I was I love the ruffle detail on this dress!

Clutch : Taj Clutch
Earrings: Gita Tassel Earrings

Palazzo pants are the comfiest, and are pretty much my favorite. Although this outfit is super comfy, the shoes dress it up a bit to even make it work appropriate.

Bag: Covet Sunday Bag
Necklace: Kari Layered Necklace

I love to mix up fancy and casual. One, because I have no wear to go to look fancy, but I still love skirts and dresses. And two because it feels to me more of a "cool girl" look.

Earrings: Dome Hoop Earrings
Bracelet: Open Wave Cuff

I know these shoes are super different, but I'm obsessed. I love having something in each of my outfits that stands out, whether it be jewelry, a fun bag, or in this case shoes!

This outfit is more of a fall look to me, and guess what? Its creeping up on us pretty quickly! On a side note, nothing beats a good pair of black jeans!

Stella & Dot : Here

Bag: Covet Sunday Bag
Necklace: Logan Layered Necklace

12.

This is the ultimate casual outfit - but again I always like to add something unique, like for instance these shoes!

Necklace: Quill Layering Necklace

I love wearing white - it is by far my favorite! It makes all other colors pop and stand out, especially if you have a summer tan! (my only problem is that I always spill something on anything white that I wear haha!)

Stella & Dot : Here

Earrings: Rosalind Chandeliers

14.

So this top is definitely for the more brave dressers out there, but this outfit would look equally as cute with a simple off the shoulder top as well!

Bag: Covet Sunday Bag
Necklace: Celestial Choker

I love all of the new (old) jeans styles coming back.....just no bell bottoms for me please. It'll just bring back Hollister nightmares from high school haha.

Stella & Dot : Here

Bag: Covet Sunday Bag
Necklace: Celestial Choker

16.

I know wearing metallics can be a bit intimidating, but the key is to just keep everything else simple!

17.

Picture
I love the shirts that have the built in chokers, because it saves you from having to pick out a necklace! I may or may not be super lazy when it comes to my outfits haha. The less pieces the better. (hence why I love jumpsuits and dresses!)

Stella & Dot : Here

Earrings : Cecily Chandeliers
Bag: Covet Sloane Bag

18.

This outfit automatically wins because hello yellow.....aside from white, it's my favorite actual color to wear! And it's a bonus that there is a cute little bee embroidery on the loafers.

Stella & Dot:: Here

Earrings: Gita Tassel Earrings

The gingham trend has been STRONG this summer, but i'm still not sick of it! I hope it stays around. This look is super simple, but has cute details.

Stella & Dot: Here

Bag: Covet Highline Bag

Picture

20.

This is a perfect transition outfit into fall - unless you are from AZ and can't wear a jacket until November! But seriously, aren't jumpsuits just the best??

Stella & Dot: Here

Earrings : Hammered Wire Small Hoops
Bracelet: Pave Inset Cuff

I love mixing vintage tees with unexpected pieces, like this ruffle skirt for instance! It just tones down having to dress up. Also, how pretty is that necklace!?

Stella & Dot: Here

Bag: Covet Highline Bag
Necklace: Bora Fringe Necklace

Picture

22.

This outfit is similar to one of the ones above, but instead I added these vintage round sunglasses, as well as this bright yellow skirt! This is definitely more of a standout outfit. (obviously with a bright yellow skirt!)

Bag: Covet Highline Bag

Yes, that is a scrunchie and the 90's baby inside of me is screaming a little. Let's be honest, they are the best. I mean hello, they leave no dents in your hair! I also left my outfit really simple so these star boots would stand out!

Picture

24.

Usually when I think of denim jackets and gingham together, I think of a southern look with cowboy boots haha. But I mixed it up with a cute pair of sneakers and some faux hipster-ish glasses.

This is just one of those summer outfits you can wear to any get together!  How cute are those straw heels!? If you can't tell, i'm a big shoe lover.

Stella & Dot : Here

Bag: Covet Sunday Bag
Earrings: Halo Earrings

Denim Jackets, sneakers, stripes, and scrunchies? Could this outfit be any more 90's?

If you can't tell, i'm a big fan of ruffles! I think they have such a feminine presence to them.

Stella & Dot : Here

Bag: Covet Sunday Bag
Necklace: Celestial Choker
Earrings: Annex Ear Jacket

28.

The past couple of days I have been taking care of all my school details, and I think it overflowed into some back to school vibes with this look.

More yellow.....obviously. But I love the little scrunch sleeve details on this dress.

Stella & Dot : Here

Earrings: Dome Hoop Earrings
Bracelet: Open Wave Cuff

Picture

30.

I feel like there are so many ways to wear this dress! It is a great transition piece into fall as well - especially with some tan knee high boots. It could also be worn as a church dress with heels or a cute pair of ankle boots!

Stella & Dot : Here

Necklace: Mina Draped Choker

For those of you who aren't into the teeny tiny shorts, these mid thigh ones are the absolute cutest! I have a pair and wear them all the time!

Stella & Dot :
Here

Bag: Covet Sunday Bag
Necklace: Trevally Necklace

Picture

32.

I need these jeans, I love the length and the subtle details. Sometimes I have a hard time pairing blues together, but the two tone in the jeans left an open slate for the lighter blue crop to work. The earrings pretty much had all the blues, so it tied it all together.

Stella & Dot : Here

Bag: Covet Sloane Bag
Earrings: Iris Tassel Earrings

33.

Picture
This is an easy, everyday look. It's comfy and would look super cute with a messy bun!

Picture

34.

Light jeans and coral are meant for each other, they pair perfectly together! Fact : I used to hate light jeans, now they are my go-to. Isn't it crazy how much style changes?

Stella & Dot : Here

Necklace: Trevally Necklace

Again....GOLD. Yes. This time a paired it with a leather skirt and a simple graphic body suit, that keeps it from overdoing it.

Stella & Dot : Here

Necklace: Trevally Necklace
Earrings: Halo Earrings

Picture

36.

So this was my Dolce and Gabbana imitation look - only like $3000 cheaper haha. But I loved the flower and mesh combo. By the way, I just ordered this bag and am SO excited for it to get here!

Stella & Dot : Here

Bag: Covet Sunday Bag
Earrings: Rae Earrings

37.

Picture
This was the airport look I put together. I don't know about you guys, but I know that there is a 99.9% chance of me sleeping on a plane and a 100% of my being freezing. So when I fly, I like to be comfy and warm, but also not look like a complete bum haha.

Picture

38.

As I said earlier, i'm loving all the different denim styles out there right now. The two tone styles are some of my favorites because you can mix all the different shades of denim, like I did here with the jeans and the heels.

Stella & Dot : Here

Necklace: Celestial Choker
Earrings: Annex Ear Jacket

Picture
Picture

39.

Picture
There is the same top as this already on the list, but I really liked the stripes as well. I paired it with a white ruffle skirt for more of a summer work type of look.

Stella & Dot : Here

Earrings: Rae Earrings

Picture

40.

When I wore a pair of similar palazzo pants from Charlotte Russe on my blog last month, it was one of my most liked posts and a lot of people couldn't believe they were from Charlotte Russe. I don't really know how anyone can go wrong with them, they are flattering on everybody!

Stella & Dot : Here

Earrings: Drape Ear Jackets

Picture
Picture

41.

Picture
Can I just have all 42 of these outfits.....Please? You can mix and match all of them!

Stella & Dot : Here

Earrings: Drape Ear Jackets

Picture

42.

So this outfit is a different twist to the one right above. Instead of the 90's vibe with the scrunchy and crop top, I went with a more polished and structured white and black look.
